Complaints

Members of the Reflexology Association of Australia are required to act in accordance with the Association’s Constitution, Code of Ethics and the National Code of Conduct for Health Care Workers in their state or territory.

Members must observe the highest standards of ethics, integrity and professional conduct. Ethical behaviour is not just compliance to legal requirements but extends to honesty, equity, integrity and social responsibility in all interactions.

Members of the public who have a complaint about a member of the RAoA should attempt to resolve the issue directly and informally with that member. If the matter cannot be resolved, a complaint can be lodged with the RAoA. The process is guided by the RAoA’s Complaints Handling Policy. Once you have read the policy, please download and complete the following Complaint Form.

Complaints can also be made to any of the Health Commissioners in the relevant State or Territory; see list below.
