When I left the corporate world in 2004 it was the start of a new life where intuition and sensitivity were given the opportunity to grow. Having qualified as a Reflexologist in 2003 it seemed natural that I would use that knowledge and become a Therapist. My slogan has always been RELAX RELEASE RENEW as this is the starting point for any form of healing to happen. Special strategies are developed for serious illnesses however a Reflexology session could include some of the following treatments: Lymphatic Drainage, Endocrine Balance, Auriculartherapy, Maternity Reflexology, Facial Reflexology, Cranio Sacral Therapy or Energy Healing.

Treatment sessions could last from 1.5 to 2 hours depending on the problem.
