I have been a professional Reflexologist and Massage Therapist for over 16 years. My clinic is home based where I have operated for the past 10 year. 

Throughout our lives we make many transitions. Sometimes we have the resources (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual) to move through these transitions effortlessly, and sometimes we don’t. It is at these times we might experience the debilitating affects of stress. Stress, when experienced negatively can undermine our total sense of well-being. The modalities I practice will assist you in restoring your well-being.

My intent will always be to use my professional skills, knowledge and life experience to support you where you are in that moment and assist you to regain and maintain balance -  physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
