I feel blessed every day, that i was taught this ancient healing technique, Reflexology, for i work 2 days a week at a day care centre for the disabled, doing Reflexology on the participants that come there. For the last 3 years i have seen how reflexology helps to soothe and calm them, and the particopants are so excited to see me and how much they enjoy their reflexology treatment. My regular clients tell me how much benefit they receive from having regular Reflexology treatments,  and i am always blown away at how powerful Reflexology is.

My philosphy is one of heal thyself with the help of Reflexology.
