Soul Essence Reflexology is a home based practice set in an idyllic, tranquil environment, tucked away in the hills of Rosemount on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. It is a place of calm, rest and relaxation. An inviting space that allows you time out as you switch off away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
I am passionate about working with those who suffer from stress and anxiety due to the constant pressures of modern day life. Chronic stress can negatively impact your health, well-being and quality of life and i believe that through the nurturing, heaing touch of reflexology stress and anxiety can be greatly reduced and feelings of health and well being experienced once again.
