Reflexology has been a constant companion in my life for just over 20 years. Through thick and thin reflexology has helped me from the inside out and the outside in! It is my wish that you too can benefit from this deceptively simple healing technique, and that it becomes a natural and healthy habit to turn to in times of need.

I tend to use fairly firm pressure but of course always work within your comfort zone. Clients report feeling empowered by being given a simple self-care routine to take home after the session - usually hand reflexology or pressing their ear seeds or even a few foot stretches.

Whilst reflexology is often thought as being a deeply relaxing treatment, and it is, it is also a hassle-free, cost-effective and pleasurable way to maintain health.

I am now located in Randwick on the main shopping strip at 1/25 Belmore Road, in the beautiful Eastern Suburbs. I am available Saturdays from 9:30am to sunset, by appointment only. On weekdays I also offer home visits in the Eastern Suburbs and Inner West (please get in touch to organise).
