My original Reflexology practitioner qualification was from the UK in 2002, with the Reflexology Association of Australia recognising me for professional membership in 2010. I have also spent time studying foot massage techniques in Thailand and am constantly, in line with association guidelines, updating my original qualifications through continuing professional development. 

Each consultation is holistic, incorporating the whole person into the session - looking to address the underlying problem rather than just simply bandaiding the presenting symptoms.

Reflexology is a perfect ‘Complimentary Therapy’ because it works seamlessly well many other treatments or practices you may be currently undertaking as well as being, in itself, an amazing holistic healing system that promotes deep relaxation, reduces stress and as a result has a very positive benefit on all aspects of our human experience: the physical body, the emotions and the mind.

I offer a Standard 60 min. as well as a Deluxe 75 min. or 90 min. Reflexology Session, which include an essential oil + magnesium / salt foot bath. Treatments aim to activate change through movement and firmer pressure as well as allowing growth through holding, soft touch and gentle stretches. 

All treatments are tailored to the needs of the individual. Reflexology sessions can also be incorporated into a Remedial Acupressure Massage (75 or 90 mins. minimum) and qualify for a Private Health Fund rebate.
