I am a passionate supporter of women on their journey to better health. My own life experiences have driven me to seek training in all areas of managing pain, stress and all the wonderful hormonal stuff as a woman. Over the past 15 years I have developed skills that allow me to look at the whole body and explore the true cause of ails.
