In this recorded webinar, Reflexologist and Educator Linda Frank takes us on a journey that answers the question, is there a single reflex point for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Long Covid?
This fascinating presentation originally aired for the International Consortium of Reflexologists in January 2025. Ms. Frank’s presentation starts with the story of her growing fascination in the role of the stellate ganglion in contributing to PTSD and Long Covid and her journey to find a simple reflexology response.
Starting with the work of Fitzgerald and Manzanares, she describes how she came to pull together knowledge from various sources to arrive at a single reflex point which has been found to give relief. She goes on to invite reflexologists from around the world to help her quest to use the technique to establish its efficacy based on anecdotal outcomes.
This is a fascinating and compelling presentation not to be missed.
About the Presenter:

A warm and engaging speaker, Linda Frank is a professional reflexologist, educator and Board director of the Reflexology Association of America. She runs the Reflexology Academy WA in Washington and in 2024 was awarded the National Excellence in Education Award.
Her early career in massage therapy and publishing eventually led to studies in psychology and spirituality. She worked as a lay minister and pursued interests in human and civil rights and politics, before returning to complementary medicine using reflexology as her main hands-on modality. Her ambition is to see reflexology more widely integrated into the medical system.
